Ordering:

Thank you for your interest in ordering from Palmetto Geckos.  To place an order, contact me via email or phone to verify availability and shipping charges.  All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.  I require 25% deposit of the cost of the gecko to place it on hold and I will hold it for up to two weeks unless other arrangements are made prior. If the it is not paid in full before that two weeks is up, the deposit is forfeited and the gecko will be placed on sale again.

Shipping:

Shipping is based on location and all geckos must be shipped overnight to ensure live arrival. I ship through FedEx overnight Monday-Wednesday.  Shipping cost is usually between $30.00-$50.00  for up to 3 geckos but can vary depending on location, so please get a shipping quote prior to paying for your order.   All geckos must weigh at least 15 grams before I will ship them.  We also reserve the right to delay any shipment based on weather conditions at our location or yours.

Guarantee:

I guarantee live arrival under normal shipping circumstances.  I guarantee the health of your gecko for 3 days after arrival.  This health guarantee subject these terms:

• An adult must be home to receive your gecko shipment.  Additional time in shipping cause more stress and could be fatal to your gecko.

• Read the care sheet on this website carefully and make sure that your gecko is properly housed, heated, and fed.   

• If you have any problems,  please  contact me immediately.   I may require photographs of the animal to identify the cause and existence of illness or death. 

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Payment:

After contacting us to verify availability and shipping costs, please use the PayPal link at the bottom of this page to pay for the gecko. We will also accept money order/cashiers check, please contact me for my address.  All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.
